Agatha the Scarecrow

This is Agatha, Beth Anne's latest creation! Beth Anne was inspired by the season of harvest when she got the idea for Agatha. Beth Anne decided to donate a couple of weeks of her time to create this quirky beauty. She then auctioned Agatha and donated all proceeds to the Richmond Civic Theater, a community theater in Beth Anne's hometown.

Every detail you see on this doll is completely crafted from fabric, beads, and a little straw. From the doll's form to the beautifully ruffeld skirt, every inch is hand stiched. You may be surprised to learn that Agatha's boots were created using floral tape and her knee joints are made with little skull buttons.

The owner of this doll should be very proud to own such a stunning and unique peice. Thank you to everyone who put in a bid for Agatha! The contribution to Richmond Civic Theater is deeply appreciated.
